On that Basis, we have extensive experience in the creation and establishment of multi jurisdictional structures for tax and estate planning, asset protections and wealth preservation.
We offer advice and representation in all areas relating to the establishment and registration of International Business Companies, Mutual Funds and Exempted Limited Partnerships.
Trusts Deeds for asset protection and estate-tax planning purposes are prepared. Clients are advised of the benefits and advantages of establishing a Bahamian Trust under the recently enacted Trustees Act, 1998.
We provide opinions on all corporate matters for offshore banks and related companies. We are thoroughly conversant in intellectual property, trademarks and copyright.
The Firm provides information, advice and representation on the establishment of broker dealerships, the regulations and listing requirements for the Bahamas Stock Exchange, and we liaise with the Securities Commission and private companies associated with the securities industry.
Additionally, we are proficient in the new Laws that were passed by Parliament and that came into effect on the 29th December, 2000 which created a new legislative regime for the Financial Services Sector. We will provide to all clients summaries of the legislation and will provide regular updates on all amendments and their application before the Courts.
Civil & Commercial Litigation

Conveyancing & Real Estate Development
In real estate, the Firm acts for and represents all of the major commercial banks, and lending institutions including insurance companies, as well as private clients in the acquisition and development of commercial properties.
In addition, we provide a full range of advisory services to clients relating to real estate development and investments including condominium and subdivision development and hotel acquisition.
Through a network of industry professionals, we are able to offer a one-stop-shop to clients, tereby creating a relatively hassle free approach to secure investment financing. We assist and facilitate in the selection of the best commercial properties:
The application and approval of loans or mortgage facilities and the engagement of qualified project managers.
