Dwayne A. Gibson, a Barrister of Inner Temple, London, England was admitted to the Bahamas Bar in December, 1993. Mr. Gibson graduated from the University of Buckingham, London, England with a LL.B (Hons) Degree and a LL.M Degree in International and Commercial Law. He has practiced as an Associate in the firms of Higgs & Johnson, Dupuch & Turnquest & Co. and most recently as a Partner at Gwendolyn House. Mr. Gibson was a part-time Lecturer in Law for two (2) years at the Institute of Business and Commerce where his concentration was in Constitutional and Administrative Law.

Raynard S. Rigby, a Barrister of Grays Inn, London, England was admitted to The Bahamas Bar on the 1st September, 1995 and the Bar of the Turks and Caicos Islands on the 24th June, 1999. Mr Rigby graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Ontario Canada with a B.A. in History and holds a LL.B (Honours) degree from the University of Leeds, Leeds, United Kingdom. After his call to the Bahamas Bar he served in the capacity of an Associate in the Litigation Department of the Chambers of McKinney, Bancroft and Hughes. He is also a former partner in the firm of Gwendolyn House. Mr. Rigby is a part-time lecturer at the College of The Bahamas in the disciplines of History and Business and Banking Law. He is the International correspondent for The Bahamas for the publications of Offshore Finance Canada and Offshore Finance USA.
